Delivery times
We generally post out items every Tuesday and or Friday – if your order is urgent please email us to arrange faster delivery.
All orders must be signed for and a telephone number is required when ordering.
UK mainland deliveries 4kg to 20kg are sent by courier, expected delivery time 3 working days after the order is made. This covers all of England but excludes Scotland and Northern Ireland. Scotland, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland deliveries 4kg to 20kg Hermes or Royal mail, expected delivery time 5 working days
Please note we aim to get all our orders out quickly but every order is hand made so allow up to 15 working days for it to be made .For custom made items please allow longer and contact for a delivery time or an update.
Hut Kit deliveries can take up to 3-8 weeks and are sent by pallet. Please select the ‘Hut delivery option’ from the hut kit page. Someone must be at the drop-off point to assist unloading. A tel number is required. Please contact us to confirm delivery timeframe.
There is no postal charge for Gift Vouchers.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be recieved in full before dispatch.
Any variation to these delivery times will be stated in the item description. Delivery times only valid when stock can service the order. If we are unable to deliver your order within the specified time we will contact you as soon as possible. Please ensure you supply full contact details including your email and daytime telephone number during checkout, we accept no resposibility for missed or delayed deliveries where full contact details have not been supplied.
